I use a crock pot to cook most of my geese. Make sure the meat(breast and legs) is totally covered with water. Include any spices or flavors that you like to flavor the meat. Sometime during the cooking time you need to get the heat high enough to cause the fat to come to the top of the water. Skim off the fat and when the meat separates or the bone turns out of the leg the meat is done. Use the meat in much the same way you would a roast. We bar-b-que ours a lot and eat on sandwiches or serve with noodles as a Stroganoff.
