My dad calls me last night out of breath and stuttering saying he just shot a giant that he had to watch for 45 minutes before coming into range.

I had seen this deer a couple weeks ago and knew that I had a picture of him from last year (he made some significant growth).

He was still half in velvet, but had no apparent injuries to the jewels. I have another buck on trail cam from last week that was still half in velvet.
